2-day NCD Church Health Training

What:

Our Two-Day NCD Church Health Training offers practical instruction for pastors or church leaders that will help them lead their churches toward health. This training also offers an NCD coaching certification track for those interested in helping other churches. Here’s what you’ll receive in this training:

  • …a thorough explanation of the eight qualities of a healthy church.

  • … practical application of these principles for any church in any setting.

  • … the impact of the Trinitarian Compass on our churches.

  • …a relevant application of growth principles that help members move toward Jesus.

  • … relevant principles that lead to the personal health of church leaders.

  • …guidance in using the NCD tools and resources.

  • …and, for those interested in helping other churches find ministry health, you can take
    the next step as an NCD coach. We’ll begin the coaching certification by discussing basic
    concepts related to being an NCD coach, and introduce you to our NCD coach training and growth program.

Chicago, Illinois – Holiday Inn Express & Suites, Bensenville – O’Hare

  • Breakfast is included with your room (Room not included in registration, reserve here)

When:

September 24-25 – We start at 9:00 am on Wednesday and conclude before dinner on Thursday.

  •  All By Itself principle: Theological basis and theoretical framework for NCD in order to accomplish God’s plan for the congregation and people

  •  Trinitarian Compass: Introducing the 3 Color paradigm and its role in increasing the quality of church life as well as improving health\

  •  6 Empowering Life Principles

  •  NCD applied for personal growth

Thursday 8:30 AM to 3 PM

  •  Examples of Churches using NCD

  •  Working with a church’s Minimum Factor

  •  Using NCD Tools

  •  Implementing NCD process

  •  NCD Research Insights into best NCD practices

  •  Introduction to NCD coaching

Cost:

The total cost for the training and NCD coach certification is $475. Your cost includes:

 

  • Training and materials for pastors and church leaders. The setting will be small and
    relational, providing opportunities for discussion and personal application.

  • Sample copies of NCD resources you can use in your church.

  • The opportunity to interact with NCD coaches and leaders during breaks and meals.

  • 10 Free e-tests

  • NCD coach certification – This training is the beginning of the NCD coach certification
    process. You’ll also be given access to additional training resources and opportunities that
    are a part of the certification and ongoing personal growth process of being an NCD
    coach.

  • As an NCD coach, you will have access to…
