Bio

Gary Diehl first encountered what “healthy” actually looks like in a congregation through the Natural
Church Development survey in 1998. A lay leader in his home church, Gary helped coordinate a
comprehensive consultation process there with Living Stones Associates LLC. Three years later he joined
that team and began assisting dozens of congregations with biblically grounded guidance to become
healthy and effective in our rapidly changing world. Initially trained and certified with NCD in 2002, Gary
has remained certified by NCD America and NCD International since then.

Gary was on staff for 15+ years with his home denomination helping congregations and pastors become
healthier. He still walks alongside pastors, leaders, teams, local congregations and non-profit boards
across multiple denominations. He also serves as a lead consultant and NCD specialist with the Living
Stones Associates LLC (www.living-stones.com ). Gary and his wife live in northeastern Ohio, but serves
